Проаналізовано процеси, явища та проблеми на приміських територіях Львова як великого міста «тилової» зони, обґрунтовано задачі й шляхи їх вирішення в контексті формування Львівської міської агломерації — обґрунтування стратегічних підходів і локальних проєктних пропозицій. У контексті загальної проблематики міста та його оточення розглянуто приклад житлового комплексу на кільцевій дорозі й проблемність цієї проєктної пропозиції, що може стати провальним і шкідливим як для міста – центру, так і приміських територіальних громад.
