ЕРГАТИЧНІСТЬ В ОБҐРУНТУВАННІ ПРОСТОРОВОГО МАЙБУТНЬОГО УКРАЇНИ: МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ТА ЗАВДАННЯ

Ця стаття є продовженням публікації «Ергатичність у відбудові України. До аналізу та оцінки просторових процесів держави» [7]. Обґрунтовано концептуальні положення ергатичного підходу до планування та моделювання просторового майбутнього України. Особлива увага відведена ціннісним орієнтирам, соціальним відносинам і емоціям, ставленню людей до середовища життєдіяльності, врахуванню духовних, поведінково-діяльнісних і психологічно- ментальних характеристик населення, особливостям поведінки в просторі та змінам у часі, що дає можливість усунути невизначеності, активізувати позитивні тенденції та обґрунтувати шляхи розвитку простору держави. Обґрунтовано просторові зміни, які стосуються: функціонально-урбаністичного зонування територій держави; розвитку зв’язків як розуміння багатовимірної динаміки території; розміщення нових елементів і інвестицій у складеній просторовій структурі (природно-ландшафтних та містобудівних умовах); просторово-часового й структурно-параметричного узгодження процесів у просторі тощо. Цим створюються системні ефекти використання ергатичності в просторовому розвитку України.
