Проаналізовано особливості формування культурно-просвітницького центру. Визначено, що для посилення економічного потенціалу міста необхідно встановити і розвинути супутні складові, що сприятимуть вливанню інвестицій в основну економічну функцію міста та підвищать її привабливість і ефективність. Саме такі супутні складові можуть бути сформовані в культурно-просвітницькому центрі. Наведено приклади культурно- просвітницьких центрів в Україні, в яких представлена і розвинута основна містоформуюча функція населеного пункту.
