Розглядаються можливості реновації недіючих промислових підприємств в межах міст та їх інтеграція в систему міста без зміни цільового призначення. Аналізуються сучасні тенденції ревіталізації промислових територій та перспективи екологічної стабілізації в містах.
Перспективою подальшого дослідження є виявлення та впровадження принципів та прийомів просторової організації ревіталізації промислових територій.
