Представлено результати авторського дослідження реалізації основних принципів формування архітектури закладів неформальної освіти, представлена схема їх взаємозв’язку і реалізації на трьох рівнях: середовища, об’єкту та елементу. Надано формулювання кожного принципу та необхідні роз’яснення щодо їх дії як у полі архітектури так і у супутніх галузях. Представлено авторські міркування щодо адаптивності таких освітніх комплексів, означено сильні та слабкі сторони, можливості та ризики.
