СТАЛИЙ РОЗВИТОК МАЛИХ ТА СЕРЕДНІХ МІСТ УРБАНІЗОВАНОЇ СТРУКТУРИ УКРАЇНИ

Аналізується розвиток малих та середніх міст у формуванні містобудівної структури України в умовах постіндустріальної трансформації та зростання великих агломерацій. Метою роботи є обґрунтування композиційних принципів планування малих міст, що забезпечують комфортне, екологічно збалансоване та стійке середовище. Для досягнення мети застосовано системний підхід до аналізу містобудівної організації територій малих і середніх міст країни з метою оцінки їхнього сучасного стану, функціонально-планувальної структури, композиційних особливостей та екологічної ситуації на прикладі міста Ізюм. Результати дослідження показали, що формування «зеленого міста», інтеграція природних і урбанізованих систем, розвиток пішохідної та громадської інфраструктури та впровадження розумних технологій сприяють підвищенню комфортності, екологічності та соціальної стійкості міського середовища.
